When sending in your injection pump / injection nozzles, please note the following:
Take all liquids such as diesel oil from the injection pump
Pack the injection pump / injection nozzle well
Include contact details: address, telephone number, email address and the best time to be available.
Include a small report – a description of the error
Send tracking number
After the repair and maintenance of the pumps and nozzles, the following must be observed!
the installation should be carried out by a specialist workshop
Clean the tank
Change diesel filter
Renew engine oil
clean all diesel lines
Check the return valve
Inferior fuel that is not approved for use in motor vehicles has reduced lubricity. This means that optimal lubrication of the injection pump cannot be ensured. It can lead to premature defects or premature wear of the injection pump, so that the pump can function well and is in use for many years.
